Bei 30 Grad Fußball spielen

Boah, war das ein heißer Tag. Ich bin gestern bei 24 Grad eingeschlafen und wieder aufgewacht. Tagsüber waren es 30 Grad und nur Sonnenschein. Ich möchte mich gar nicht beschweren. Ich freu mich, dass es nicht regnet, aber diese schwüle Hitze ist unerträglich. Zumindest oftmals.

Heute hatte ich wieder Uni. War ganz okay. Ich kann meine Professorin nach wie vor nicht so gut verstehen, auf Grund ihres Akzents. Eben hatte ich auch noch 2,5 Stunden Business.

Mittags war ich 1,5 Stunden im Fitnessstudio, danach gab es eine Videoanalyse und abschließend 2 Stunden Training. Bei 30 Grad, in der prallen Sonne auf dem Kunstrasen spielen ist wirklich anstrengend. Ich muss sagen, dass mein Kopf echt gut mitgemacht hat, trotz der Hitze. Jetzt gerade wird's aber schlechter, weil mein Zimmer ultra warm ist. Meine haut klebt regelrecht. Mal gucken wie und wann ich einschlafen kann. Für mich wäre es okay, wenn jetzt der Herbst einträte. Für viele von euch wahrscheinlich nicht:).

Morgen wird es wieder sehr anstrengend. 2-3 Stunden Uni und dann um 13 Uhr mit dem Bus zum Spiel fahren. Dieses Mal nur 3 Stunden Fahrtweg. Fast wie ein Heimspiel!!!

Ich werde so erledigt sein morgen, da bin ich mir sicher. Hoffentlich wird das Spiel gut. Wir spielen auch erst 19 Uhr, deswegen werden wir echt spät, gegen 1-2 Uhr Nachts, ankommen.

Morgen schreiben wir glaube ich einen Mathe Test. Mal schauen wie das wird. Ich versuch mich da nicht so zu stressen. Freitag steht auch ein Test in Geschichte an.

Jetzt schaue ich nochmal in Mathe rein.

Drückt mir die Daumen für das Spiel und dass die Temperaturen nächste Woche runtergehen werden. Ich hoffe mein Kopf bleibt so wie heute. Es ist wirklich so schön ohne Kopfschmerzen Fußball zu spielen und allgemein den Alltag zu beschreiten. Das habe ich heute sehr genossen!

Wir hören uns eventuell morgen früh oder Mittwoch wieder.

Playing soccer at 30 degrees

Wow, that was a hot day. I fell asleep yesterday at 24 degrees and woke up again. During the day it was 30 degrees and only sunshine. I don't want to complain at all. I'm glad it's not raining, but this muggy heat is unbearable. At least often.

Today I had university again. It was okay. I still can't understand my professor very well because of her accent. Just now I had 2.5 hours of business.

At noon I was in the gym for 1.5 hours, then I had a video analysis and finally 2 hours of training. Playing on artificial turf at 30 degrees in the blazing sun is really exhausting. I have to say that my head did really well, despite the heat. But right now it's getting worse because my room is ultra warm. My skin is really sticky. Let's see how and when I can fall asleep. For me it would be okay if now the autumn arrived. For many of you probably not:).

Tomorrow it will be very exhausting again. 2-3 hours of uni and then a bus ride to the game at 1pm. This time only 3 hours drive. Almost like a home game!!!

I'm going to be so beat tomorrow, I'm sure of it. Hopefully the game will be good. We don't play until 7pm either, so we'll get there really late, around 1-2pm.

Tomorrow I think we're going to take a math test. Let's see how it will be. I'll try not to stress so much. Friday we also have a test in history.

Now I'll take another look at math.

Keep your fingers crossed for the game and that the temperatures will go down next week. I hope my head stays like it is today. It really is so nice to play soccer without a headache and generally go about my daily life. I really enjoyed that today!

I may hear from you again tomorrow morning or Wednesday.
